This Friday (the 4th of October) we'd like to close applications for exhibitions in January and March next year.  (We are also taking applications for the rest of 2014, get in early!)  If you are finding the application process daunting, don't worry, the date is not set in stone and you are welcome to get in touch with us and ask for help.  We can provide assistance via email, phone, or in person with one of our co-directors. 

 

We volunteer our time for Cell and we genuinely want you to take advantage of the space, we're here to help you showcase your art or curation skills in a space that has exposure right in the heart of Cairns.  However, if none of the local artists choose to take advantage of that, we will be forced to offer the space to artists from outside of the Cairns region - we can't have it go empty.  Already in the last few months we've had two Townsville artists exhibit and our first booking for 2014 is with a Brisbane Arts Collective.  Once word gets out, there won't be any spots left for you, the local arts community.
